Highly recommend this store and recliner. Ryan was very helpful and delivery was fast. We needed a recliner that went flat out for sleeping after surgery. He helped us find the perfect one. Very satisfied and proud to support this local small business owner!
So disappointed. Went in the store today to buy two chairs. Was greeted by a saleswomen who was told after a few minutes she had a call. Instead of saying take a message she took the call. Make that two calls! When the first personal phone call ended she took the next personal phone call. I heard all about her trip. After looking throughout the whole store and watching the other salesman sit in a recliner on his phone...I left. I hope the owner provides some well needed customer service training.
We recently purchased a sofa from the West Springfield Lazy Boy store and were exceptionally pleased with the customer service we received. We haven’t found another store anywhere that has standards as high as this store’s, and is as determined to assure their customers’ satisfaction. We were also happy with the value offered for the price. Ryan helped us select a sofa that fit our needs and our decor, and shared his knowledge and expertise as to the structure of the sofa and cushions. We definitely recommend purchasing from this store.
