AWESOME!! I know that mattress buying is not something that you do often. But do I ever get anxiety when I have to make a large purchases. Well Anthony made the entire process smooth and easy for me today!!! Not only did I leave with the mattress that I wanted at a price that I was happy with. I did it without the accompanied anxiety and pressure that I normally would experience with it. Anthony was extremely helpful and understanding and made the buying process a breeze!!! Definitely letting friends and family know about him!!!
So far so good. Due to Covid, shopping for a mattress was difficult to say the least. Like most people, I did a lot of online shopping and decided, based a size and price, to purchase from Mattress Firm. For the first month Inluxuriated in the softness of the mattress, it was like being on vacation. However, the more I slept on it, the more my body began to rebel to the soft, comfortable, hug me feel.nThe salesman, Ryan, was very kind and helpful. He explained the return policy to me and gave me an estimated delivery date for the new mattress.n***** 5 Stars for Ryan's Customer Service
I went to their store in Chicopee today and received the best service! They helped with a bed in the exact price range I wanted and even found me a better box spring and mattress than I had seen online on their website for a better price!! I can’t wait for them to deliver in only 3 days!!!nThank you
Our sales person Ryan was excellent! He was friendly and funny and took the time to thoroughly go through several mattress choices for my daughter. Hopefully the new mattress is just as good!
My husband and I had a phenomenal experience at mattress firm today. Peter A (manager from Springfield location) helped us shop and check out. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase but we were so comfortable and impressed that we did end up purchasing today. I would recommend Peter to anyone shopping for a mattress!
