Total lack of ethics! After begging to have our pool repaired ,when there was just a small problem( liner falling down in a one foot section) for 2 entire seasons and almost feeling we were being rude or demanding just for trying to get our pool repaired- then an entire pool season wasted waiting and watching the problem grow larger and larger ,workers show up for an hour or so..... Finally after begging ,pleading, calling ,threatening action — the pool was REPAIRED. But.... NOT REALLY!! Never held water since the repair. Leaking so badly it only holds water in the deepest area below the leak! Then receiving a bill for a HUGE AMOUNT in no way taking into account the amount of time and agony spent waiting for them to show up and that the problem had turned major due to their lack of appropriate behavior. Of course they never bothered to come around or call because they knew it wasn’t right. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! This definitely isn’t an isolated incident. The owner never once came to look at the work himself in approximately 2 years!

We have been waiting for 6 months to get a repair. Have paid $$$ with no response or time for repair. The customer service is horrible and I would not send any friends there for service.

My rating is only for their installation and repair service.nI’ve been waiting 2 summers to fix a leak in my pool.nThat wasn’t there before they installed a liner.nNo call, no show, no nothing.nnI however love the people who work there. They are extremely knowledgeable. It’s just their customers of at least this customer doesn’t appear to be a priority outside of the store. It’s disheartening.

Cathy and staff have always been spot on. They have resolved all my pool issues with my budget in mind...they are always my first choice and goto....
