Edited review: When I posted this review 3 weeks ago, I received an email response within 2 hours apologizing and saying we should have a quote by the end of the week. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS have passed with no quote from Modern Sound Engineering. We have now had to begin resourcing other vendors for quotes on doing our project which we didn't want to have to do.nnThey came out promptly to look at our church and said they would get us an estimate shortly. After no word for a month, I sent them two emails over a four day period with no response. After waiting another week, I called their office and talked with the receptionist who said she'd leave a message for the man doing our estimate. Another week has since passed and still no response. I guess our church project is just too small for them. Too bad because we really liked the ideas they presented and we wanted to use them for our project. Guess they don't want our business..
