I had my fridge die in the middle of the week, Jason and Rick both worked with me to find a great fridge in my price range and got it delivered to make it even easier on my.... Thanks to the both of you. I cant say enough good about the employees and the way they treated me and my situation. Best sears ever !!!

Rick, does the IRS know that you help your employees get unemployment benefits,by lying to the government about their hours ? And I have all the proof I need to turn you both in for fraud with the IRS.I know said worker works full time hours ( I have proof of that) and I also know you and that employee tell the government they work way less hours than they do so they can recieve extra unemployment benefits that they dont deserve.I will be contacting the IRS soon.Even if I have to stay on the phone for hours.

I just wanted to let y'all know that we are so very satisfied with the choice we made in purchasing our Frigidaire refrigerator and stove through our hometown Sears store here in Fort Dodge Iowa.nnThe very gracious and informative owner took his time and showed us the various products they carry and how the appliances would help serve our young family. Nothing fancy nor complicated and at a price in our budget, we are well pleased with the choices we made.nnOur parents always put the insurances on the items. They always said 'it's not the store's fault but the manufacturers'. So with the added purchase it puts our minds at ease, just in case.nnWe have to say one more thing:nNot only was the owner very courteous and helpful but also those young men that work with him; when they delivered and installed the new and took away the old appliances. They were the nicest and the most respectful men I've seen in many years. Their parents should be very proud of them!nnThere are many stores in Fort Dodge that sell similar and the same brands but they are not all equal. Our Sears Hometown here in Fort Dodge has it all, plus they are respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.nMy family says thank you and job well done!
