Dunkin'

I love Dunkin with my whole heart I cannot go one day without it but the staff are incredibly disrespectful. One time I went to the drive-through not one person was wearing a mask not even the person giving my order out. we just called them and ask them if there doordash was closed and she went on a tantrum as to why she can’t put her stuff through that being extremely disrespectful and we could tell that it was the manager. Will be going to Starbucks for now on.

Always at least a 30 min wait in the drive thru. Sometimes the order isn't right. I know it's the only dunkin around but you either need more staff or better training. I worked in fast food and know this has to be unacceptable.

Terrible service. Waited for 7 minutes until we were acknowledged even though the employees walked right in front of us. Screwed up our order too

Had the bagel with cheese, egg and bacon for breakfast and it was delicious. It was a quick breakfast on a busy day in town. I also loved the iced matcha and the quick, good service considering the times and being busy. Thank you for a great visit.

I take immunosuppressants so always go through drive through a to avoid people and reduce my chance of covid. Waited 30 minutes in line, got to the window and the person handling my food and passing stuff out wasn’t wearing a mask. Not going back!
