We recently had a 25 year old washer go kaput. Amazingly, I’ve never had to buy a new washer. Since we had used Appliance Barn to replace our kitchen appliances a few years ago, I knew we would use them. I did a little online research, and then called with an idea of what I wanted, 3-4 models. Dan talked me through the options, patiently, and asked great questions I hadn’t thought to ask myself. Everything was so easy and pleasant. And, I sincerely appreciated when the delivery & installation crew showed up wearing masks — without me asking. It’s been two weeks and I love the washer we got! And even though I asked about the most reliable, long lasting options, I know they’ll be able to service it should something come up.
Very helpful and patient along the buying process. We changed our minds a few times and they were always happy to assist. Had some back ordered appliances and they were quick to offer short term solutions for us!
Having experienced working in an ideal corporate culture, I appreciate it when I encounter it in others. It is part of any company which has a leader who, by example, exhibits kindness, empathy and the best customer service that can be given. It can only be perceived by those employees who are receptive to the concept, because they too want to be the best at what they do.nI have found this to a great degree in the people I met with the Appliance Barn starting with Mary Yoder. She listens! This allows her to understand what the customer wants and needs. She has a great sense of humor. She helped me to find the exact appliance that I needed and wanted.nThen, there was Larry and Noah. They were exceptional gentlemen. We were so thankful for The Appliance Barn and all of Tony's expertise in helping us choose all of our kitchen appliance as well as a washer and dryer. We had a million questions and requests, and Tony was really knowledgable about all of his products. He really knows his stuff and he was able to get us the best prices too. We loved being able to choose from so many different brands at Appliance Barn.
Dan at the Appliance Barn was very helpful and knowledgable. The selection of appliances at the Appliance Barn was very broad which made choosing the right new range and microwave very easy. The installation team was excellent!! They were very attentive to the smallest details and ensured that I was satisfied. My overall experience at the Appliance Barn was great.
