Janet & G are very welcoming, interacting with my mother and toddler, and provided us with all the information we needed to decide. They showed us 4 storage units which was very helpful because I originally selected a small unit that would not have fit what I want to store. Janet answered the majority of my questions when she contacted me on the phone and as a Customer Service Manager, I was pleased not only with her knowledge and professionalism, but her sense of humor.nI also inquired about a unit still being finished up, and Janet was able to provide me with a base price and said she will call me when her manager posts pricing for those units if there’s a promotional price to confirm that I want to switch.nI am pleased with the service, security, and location.

Just stopped by today to rent a unit. G is the associate that helped us with everything. She was very professional and welcoming. She really did a phenomenal job in explaining and answering all of our questions. 10/10 ud83dude0e

Gee was very helpful finding a unit and getting the paperwork done for our move. Gee and Janet were very welcoming and made us feel cared for. The unit we saw was clean and the perfect size. The environment and building is clean and well kept.

The Extra Space Storage in Stratford is a brand new facility as of Feb 2021 and has tons of available space. The location is conveniently located right off I-95 and has a massive loading bay that two full sized trucks can easily pull into; very practical especially while weather is harsh.nThe staff is super friendly and flexible during open office hours. They checked in with me a couple days before my move to ensure I have everything I need. I reserved a week in advance and I had options to do paperwork online or in store. While I was there I ended up needing another storage space and they made it very easy for me to do so. They also gave me a unique entrance code I can use even while office hours are over. Locks are also available for purchase if you don't already have one.nHighly recommended!

Just rented our unit. We worked with Janet and she was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very polite! She answered all our questions and was quick to help us!! The facility is very clean and they have everything you will need to store your things! I’ve been to a lot of storage places and this is by far the BEST!! Definitely recommend this place!!
