Called xfinity to cancel service as we are moving and unable to take our service with us. They still charge a cancellation fee. Do not recommend!!
They give wrong information. they give you a price and SURPRISE when your bill arrives is $ 60 above what you expected
Lots of improvements and transparency needed. Lack of facilitating changing plans.
I dont care how busy they are. I waited 49 min with no response to my issue. To get a hold of them is more difficult than anything. The only reason I still have their service is because they are cheap. If not I would switch rite away. To be honest the service is fine. It's the same as the best you'd find. Unfortunately if you want over the phone support though you mind as well have someone hit you with a frying pan cause that's all your going to get. To be clear this is about the xfinity mobile service not the store but their is no where to post. I've been to that store as well though and I had terrible service too. Either way xfinity needs better people all around.
