Went in to connect a business line Nancy was exceptional I was in and out without any hassle and she was quite helpful in helping me remove the lock pin on the phone.
Fair & honest, no BS. BEST cell phone service I've ever had & I've had ALL of them!
They do not honor their promises, Map clearly shows coverage at my house, there is no coverage. The clerk told me a phone made for their network would work better. Bought a phone from them, was told I had a week to try it out. Did not work any better than old phone. Returned 5 days later, the store was closed, doors locked, no one answered their phone. Returned 2 days later, was told they do not offer refunds for upgrade phones. Asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager, and was asked to leave store when I demanded a refund.
I enter in the store in need of help troubleshooting my phone and I was greeted by young lady Nancy. she was able to fix my phone in a timely manner she has great customer service and made me feel welcomed and confident knowing my phone works correctly.
Horrible service I drove over a hour to this store and had the worst in-store experience. Kids 20 years younger than me and there not up to date on there technology. And had to pay extra for everything and bought the I phone and the guy didn't even set up the phone.
