The guy who did my pedicure was way too rough. People were complaining about it, but he didn't seem to get that his foot massages are painful. A young girl did my nails and I was not pleased at all. I left initially, because I didn't want to complain, but ended up going back in because I couldn't bare to walk around with my hands looking that way. Aside from those issues, way too many people were handling me in this climate. There were a total of four. It was my first time going there and I will not go back.

Dec 21, 2020: My pedicure was great! The gentleman that performed this service was wonderful! My manicure was the opposite! :(.nnThe lady (I didn’t get her name, but she was a young girl) gave me a French acrylic set. She didn’t trim my nails back, she didn’t size the right tips to my nails, she didn’t hold down the tips to my nails for a few seconds so that the tips are glued all the way across my nails, she didn’t file off the sides of my nails after the acrylic was on, you can see my nails on the side where the tips weren’t covering them, and the tops of my nails aren’t shaped (they are flat and my pinky is the only one that looks shaped). A week later and dirt is in between my nails and the tips and you can see my natural nails underneath even more. I’m hoping she is new and is still learning.

Where do I start....the best pedicure a person could ever receive. Scrub, Deep tissue massage, and hot rocksud83eudd70. I definitely recommend Nice Nail & Spa

Very rude and unprofessional. A younger girl did my full set and it was an absolute horrible experience. She cut my fingers up and infected one which I had to go see a doctor about. I then told the company about what happened and they cussed me out and refused to give me even half of my money back. If you want infected fingers and toes and to be around negative people then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away from this joke that they called a “business”.

They did my nails, no customer service at all, they lack colors and then they changed me $45 for a simple full set with gel. They didn't say thank u, they were very rude. I hate to use the race card but they were very polite to the white customers in there. I will never go there again
