My wife got a gift certificate about a year ago and we live about an hour away. Her schedule is almost 24/7 so I called to see about weekends. Not only are they open Sat but the gifts never expire. Also you can schedule online. VERY Helpful staff and friendly, this is her fourth visit in six years and she loves it.

New client since May 2020. Amazing PCA facials and the two stylists I worked with were pretty good. I give 4 stars because the salon itself is kinda bland and I was asked to pay a disposal fee? I questioned the fee and the receptionist removed it. Seriously, if you want to pass down a cost to your clients, don't tell them just add it to the cost of the service. The stylists all wear black and the front desk has a canned greeting which they probably have to say. I'd love to see some style from your Stylists and sincere greetings. I have already booked my next 3 facials and I'm happy with services so far.
The good: This is the only true day spa in Dothan. I have been to spa novus and while their services were great, it wasn't a spa atmosphere at all. I plan on returning to Rituals for massage and nail services. The nail technician was super friendly and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. They also sell a good mix of products.nnThe not so good: The aesthetician cut my lip during my dermaplaning. ud83dude33 No discount was offered and I had a scab on my face for days. And the sheets, robe, and towels smelled musty unfortunately. (Just a bad load of laundry that didn't get dried in time.)
My first time visiting and I was so very impressed!! I received a gift certificate from my daughters and had a mani, pedi, and facial. Will definitely be back!! Deborah and Angie are awesome! Everyone there was very nice, couteous, and professional.
