Unprofessional company that I will NEVER recommend to anyone. I understand that they are busy but it’s clear they don’t want people’s business. He came out 6 weeks ago to write up a quote and told me I’d have it in two days. As the weeks went by josh was completely unresponsive to my multiple requests for an update. He twice answered the phone and swore I must’ve lost the email and promised to have the quote to me that day. Once again I never got it. If your too good to do my $100k project then good for you, but be a man and tell me. Don’t continually waste my time. I have no respect for this guy or his company. You can’t trust his word and if you can’t trust his word you can’t trust anything about them. Run far away from them.

Earl’s Pools is an AWESOME company with a stellar team of professionals! They completed the install of our beautiful fiberglass pool last week and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how wonderful everything turned out! They were efficient, respectful of our time and property and honestly I wish there were more companies that did business like the folks at Earl’s. They even let my 3year old join in on the fun moving dirt in the tractor. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Earl’s Pools to any of our friends, neighbors or colleagues! We appreciate all of your hard work and thorough explanation of how to maintain our pool. Couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful job well done! I bought a house that had an existing, very large, in ground vinyl pool. We had to replace the liner immediately and eventually the pump. The concrete was cracking around the pool from settling after a couple of years and the liner needed replacing again. We decided to replace the entire pool with a smaller fiberglass pool and replace the chlorine system with salt. We chose Earl's Pools. Josh, Trent, Lynn and crew were great! They removed the old pool and concrete surround. Back filled with high compression gravel, added topsoil where we were laying sod and installed the new pool and salt system. We decided to use pavers instead of concrete for the patio and pool surround. They did an outstanding job! We also had deck jets installed. That brings me to this review...this week, 2 years after the install, one of the deck jets went out. I called Earl's. Lynn came out that day. He replaced it at no charge. Not often you are able to write a review and state you are 100% satisfied with the product and service a company provides. I would highly recommend Earl's if you are thinking of adding a pool.
