Overall the service is good. There are some great people that work here. Lowe's cares for our veterans, which for me is a plus. They will help you get what you're looking for and help you get loaded and on your way! Would definitely recommend. Plus they have an app that tells you where stuff should be in the store!!!
Curbside pickup is pretty much non-existent here! This is my second time trying to use it after an online order and nobody on ""curbside" phone number ever answers. I've had to whisky go in the store each time. I recommend you just pickup in store if you can. Good luck trying curbside pickup.
Ordered a gas range in June. Was originally going to pick up at store, decided to have delivered instead and called a couple of days later to set up a delivery, the next delivery date was for August 8th, which was fine. I called a couple of days before to make sure we were all set for our delivery date and was told yes we were all set for Saturday. I called at around 3 on Saturday to see if they could give me an estimated time of delivery and was told that the invoice they had was already marked as delivered. I talked to Xavier and he was going to check into it. He called back and said he found the range and set us up for delivery the next day. He was very helpful. My opinion is that too many employee's handled the transaction and nobody followed through to make sure it was correct. If a person is on the board for a delivery they should make sure that they follow through to be sure the item is on the delivery truck. Very poor delivery system and it needs to be liked into so you can correct the flaws. Customer service should not end after the purchase, it should be followed through to the end.
