The bakery is not a reliable resource for getting a quality, fresh cake. My husband placed an order, which everything was confirmed. A cake with balloons and the words “Happy Birthday and a name”. The name was spelled out to the person who took the order and upon receiving the cake the name was incorrect. The cake received did not have one single balloon and incorrect spelling, the name was corrected by scrapping the information and reapplying. It was extremely obvious and appeared as though someone had ran three fingers through the cake to correct the error. The bakery was made aware to the customer service personnel and only thing that was said was I made the error and that was that. Simple unacceptable and the cake would not have been accepted if the fact that 100 people were expecting cake for a birthday.. The bakery at Hurricane Walmart will never receive my order again. I would advise others to not accept this kind of service, you deserve better for your money.
