This business lacks good customer service. They can not answer calls or respond to texts and their voicemail is full. I would NOT recommend because obviously this is not a professionally ran business and customer service is extremely poor.
Love my haircut. Monica did a great job. Was very friendly and took the time to cut my hair just like I wanted. Was nervous about going since I am just here with my husband while on a job. But she put all fears to rest. Very professional and informative.
I got there but I didn't think I would be seen cause there were 2 people ahead of me and didn't think she could take any more clients since it was close to closing time but she asked for my number and said she would call me back and she did even though it was past her regular working hours. She was very down to earth and friendly and I was very happy with my cut and can say that she is a professional. Gave me free styling tips and some info on the town since I was new. I got more than I could have expected. I highly recommend her.
For a long time I had a hard time finding someone who could cut my hair the way I liked. Monica listens to what I want and takes it under consideration. Finally...I found the one, I love the way she cuts and colors my hair. My hair now stays healthy and shiny. Monica is the most wonderful, beautiful person who really cares about her clients.
Monica was a GOD send!!! She was able to work me in and she was able work her magic! She was so much fun to visit with and we laughed the whole time.nShe was instrumental in advice of hair styles and products to use and products to avoid.nI live two hours away and will travel to see her!nDid I mention my nails and hair look fantastic???? They do!!!
