Sofa Mart

I went in to buy a power recliner, the sales person said they had one in the back and they would bring it out. I was walking through the store when I found two power recliners on the sales floor. I notice that they were half priced (I assumed both were). I called the sales associate over and asked why they were half price. He stated that they had two on the floor, and only wanted one on the floor. He further stated that he showed it to his parents but they weren't ready to buy yet. I purchased the recliner and said I would be by the following afternoon to pick it up. I returned the next day and the sales associate was not there but another associate called the delivery person to come help we with the recliner. He stated that "oh you bought the recliner with the bent frame". I was completely unaware of this and the other sales associate said their are no returns on sale items. I assume that they would have let me return the item before I picked it up. I looked over the frame and determined that I could fix it so I took the chair. I fixed it pretty good but was very put out by the original sales associate not disclosing that the chair was damaged, hence the two stars. I probably will not buy from them in the future.

We got a sofa here for our daughter. The quality is good and it was very affordable.

So many items were broken. I wouldn't buy from here.

On May 3rd I purchased a recliner at Sofa Mart. David and Daniel were very helpful to me in making my decision on which recliner I wanted. In fact David greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Both took time to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was taking up their time. For that I say,, "thank you."

Just purchased a new king bed and mattress and I couldn't be happier. David took care of us and he listened and took the time to find us choices in our budget while maintaining the style we wanted. Will definitely be back to purchase our sectional.
