Great customer service! They stock so many plumbing and heating supplies and equipment as well as being a local business here in the community for over 70 years.
Had a problem with a very leaky shower. So after doing some research, I discovered the shower spindle needed replacing. No problem I thought. I looked online and found that Home Depot had the part, in stock, for $45. Went there and there were none to be found. The nice employee at Home Depot recommended Baystate Plumbing. So I called up and spoke to their parts guy. He said he had the part and when I asked how much (figuring it couldn’t be much more than the price gouging at Home Depot) the guy asked my name. I told him and he said he’d put it aside for me. Well then I got diverted and my wife volunteered to go get it. I think she needed me to get the water running again soon. So she returns with the part a short time later and tells me that the part was $70.95! Are you kidding me???? $25+ more than Home Depot!!! That’s crazy!!!! I not a huge fan of Home Depot but I will never go to Baystate Plumbing if they’re prices are that over the top.nnP.S. I looked on Amazon and the same part was selling for $39.95. If I could have waited until 6/22 I would have bought it online.nnP.S.S. Only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was because the parts guy seemed very nice on the phone.

Called their parts office and asked if they had parts for my oil furnace in stock, gave the guy the part #'s - guy says yes - c'mon by. Get all the way there and only have 1 of 3 parts I needed, and would have to order the rest. Would be there in two days. Meanwhile I have no heat in my house. Guy cons me into coming in, then try to overcharged for an oil pump. Screw their parts supply.nnThe guy's name was Matt.
Appreciate the guys staying open past closing hours, we needed a shower and rough valve to be installed immediately. They even helped carry out to my truck.
