Ana was very helpful and kind. She greeted us at the door and let us know she would be available if we had any questions. She showed us where the bedroom sets were and let us walk around and look as long as we needed. I did not feel pressured at all and my daughter who is very shy, really felt comfortable with her. It was truly a pleasure shopping there and my daughter and I left feeling very good about the purchase. Also pleased with the price of my daughter's new bed and mattress.

My husband and I came here after a recommendation from a family member. She referred us to Lynette who was extremely helpful. We told her what we were looking for and showed us all they had available. She gave us plenty of time on our own to make our decisions but was available to answer any questions or look up furniture availability. She helped us find everything we needed and was wonderful to buy from. Can't wait for our furniture to be delivered!!

Great greeting from Alex when we first arrived. It was impressive that he immediately informed us that he was in training. He put a lot of effort into listening to our desires and accurately answering our questions. After about 15 minutes, Omar arrived and was well informed on the mattress and bed frame options. Although it seemed that Omar inappropriately took over the sale from Alex, even prematurely promising us next day delivery (which really is almost 2 weeks later) and commenting about Alex’s inaccurate calculation, Alex remained professional and completed the paperwork.

So due to everything going I decided to order a dining set from the outlet online in the beginning of July. I do not recall the date the item would be in stock but I did order 2 separate chairs and those got delivered immediately. I initially called the store and was told the table was out of stock and would be in mid July and then I would be called to schedule delivery. When that date came and went I text and got a response from Rob Wilson letting me know that there was typically a wait list for items that are out of stock and it depended on where I was on the sometimes long list,,,which I had no idea. I then called the store to speak to a manager and was able to get in contact with Jose Cabrera. At this point (now August) I just wanted a table and was looking to change my order. He was able to get me a better table and get it delivered in less than a week!!! The delivery guys came in and set the table up quickly and I absolutely love it! The next time I will definitely go into the store to buy because I then would have known the pieces that were available vs. unavailable at the moment!

Great selection of items. Worked with Ethan he was spectacular he listened to what Me and my husband wanted and showed me all of the different pieces they had. He also was so easy to talk to and was very down to earth with a no pressure type of attitude you can sometimes get with people who make commission. Would highly recommend contacting Ethan with your furniture needs!
