During a time when businesses are struggling you would think there would be a focus on customer service. Nope I guess not. It should not be this difficult to work with a company especially when you are planning in spending tens of thousands of dollars. I will be moving on to a company that understands customer service. I highly recommend NOT using this company.
Went to the West Springfield store today to pick out some things. My first time there (and last!). Door was locked. I double checked their hours to make sure they were open, they are. I tried calling. Finally a guy hesitantly came to the door, cracked it open and and in an absolutely disgusted tone told me that he was “trying to eat his lunch!” I said “I was here to SHOP and I thought you were open??” He shrugged his shoulders shut/locked the door in my face and staggered back (to his lunch?) Apparently they don’t need business??? WOW
We got vanities for two bathroom and bar top from here, West Springfield branch’s and totally satisfied with the price and service. Darlene is very enthusiastic and patient and helped us throughout the process so well. Thank you Darlene and five stars to the business ud83dudc4d looking forward for more business!
Looks great! What's my first time dealing with Express kitchens and was happy with the results. From Peter in the showroom to the demo and install our guys good job all around. Hope to do more business in the future
