I ordered adjustable bed / power bed and it wasn’t working so disappointing I waited for 3 weeks . If I could put negative stars I would !
Reasonable prices, financing options and some of the best employees I've had the pleasure of doing business with. They stand readily available to answer questions and give you plenty of space for you to make decisions for yourself. Even took measurements to ensure proper fitment.
I had the pleasure of dealing with an absolutely wonderful customer service rep named Cassandra in the W Springfield store. She went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.. Cassandra is a tremendous asset to the company. I made sure to tell her manager (Wayne) of the service she provided. He was also very very nice!! Hats off to both these two employees. I am a repeat customer and after this wonderful experience I will continue to be a loyal customer!!
Helpful staff great prices. Went to look at a small desk. Design was what we wanted so we got it , well eventually 2 month back log on orders due to covid. The desk is pleasing to look at but made out of cheap material. . We'll see if it holds up.
I haven’t shopped at Bobs for awhile due to my out of state location. After my superb recent experience with your Sales Associate, Anthony, I would definitely recommend him and this location to everyone looking for furniture at a great value. Anthony made some great recommendations after asking me a few questions about my living room set up, he checked availability, and immediately had the office personnel call me to finalize the order.
