After I got married my husband and I decided that we would purchase a new mattress. Over the past few months I purchased two separate mattresses and returned both of them since they were not right. One was too hard and not very comfortable and the other was giving off gas odors. Did I tell you I am the princess and the pea kinda girl that is hyper sensitive? Anyhow I went to every mattress store on line and in the area and then I called Alex the owner of Sigma. He told me to come in and try a couple of mattresses. I went into the factory and talked to Alex about making me a mattress out of Latex. He explained everything about mattresses and took the mystery out of it. What exactly is going inside the mattress, and how to customize it to fit your own needs. I went back a second time to try them out again and decided to purchase one. Alex reassured me that after I made my decision if I did not sleep well he would do everything that he could to adjust it to get it right. SO I purchased a queen sized latex mattress and a beautiful wooden bed frame. He delivered it to me free of charge and after sleeping on it for two night my lower back hurt me. SO I called Alex and he racked his brains to accommodate me and make me happy. In the end he replaced the mattress with one that he had in the show room and I am super happy and comfortable in my new bed. I THANK Alex for bending over backwards to accommodate me. His mattresses are really well made and his customer service is awesome.
