Everytime I have been there recently, I have had a great experience. The employees don’t push you into purchasing. Even though they are paid commission they don’t provide service like car salesman (no offense). Shayna, Patrick, and Brad have helped me on many occasions within the last year and I appreciate all three of them. Highly recommend these three employees. Patrick and Brad helped me with living room and bedroom furniture. Shayna helped me find a gorgeous kitchen table. She was super patient with helping me with measurements and finding chairs that would match the table.
We came to Furniture Row three times over the holiday weekend and salesperson Shayna made the experience so much less nerve racking. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and just really great to work with. She answered all of our questions, helped us come up with the exact configuration we were thinking of and was so pleasant each time we came back. We cannot rate the quality of the furniture, as we don’t have it yet, but our overall experience with the sales staff was top notch. We’d recommend anyone go see Shayna for furniture needs!
Very easy to order. We live in Alamogordo and I was able to do everything on line. Brooke did a fantastic job. Looking forward to my new living room set.
Very nice selection of furniture. Order arrived as promised and order was complete. Purchased furniture then a week later my items went on sale. They honored the sale price and credited me the difference. I'm very happy with the customer service in front and the guy loading my trailer out back. The quality of furniture seems very nice.
