This place might be okay if we weren’t still in a pandemic. All staff were taking their masks off in the lobby and/or wearing them below their nose. For a “med” spa that does procedures all day, there’s no excuse for this lack of sanitation and inattention to basic health precautions. I had to ASK my esthetician to please keep her mask on when she whipped it off to talk to me. Then, she told me almost all their office staff members caught COVID at the same time (no wonder). She told me details about their courses of illness (pneumonia) & she also told me that a lot of their clients had it, too. Ugh. I there’s no excuse for this lack of care and protection for their clients. Maybe skip this place until after the pandemic.
Missy the owner is fantastic! She is very friendly and explains treatments thoroughly! I’ve been going to Ideal Med Spa for about 5 years. Her staff is very friendly as well.

Missy is fabulous! I love my IPL results. Every thing was explained to me. I've been to two other places and no where the results.
As soon as I entered the door I knew that this was a professional, pristine and organized business. I was met by staff that were of course professional but also understood customer service, prompt direction as to where to be seated as well as how to establish a rapport with me the client.nThis was all before my service even started!nnI have returned for different services and have continually had a positive experience with excellent results.nnThis experienced team knows what they are doing so I suggest that you go ahead and check them out to determine what I already know.nBest of the best!
