I went to the Kohl’s on S Cooper street at 8:30pm at first I was upset because all the dressing rooms were closed, but then Kohl’s employee Katie showed me a way to measure the pants without trying them on. Katie helped me to find the petite section and quickly got me 2 pairs of pants pointing out the buy one get one half price deal , then she helped me find the shoe section, I got the most perfect pair of shoes then she helped me to the front check out and gave me a scratch off 15% discount! She was amazing like my own personal shopper! We got everything I needed quickly before the store closed at 9pm. Katie was so kind sweet and helpful she deserves a raise! Excellent customer service with a smile!
Good for the most part but lacking in the men's big and tall department. There are still Summer styles out and mixed in with the winter styles. And despite being from last summer they are still holding true to last Summers prices and not falling whatsoever. The rest of the store seemed pretty well stocked with a nice selection of clearance items in various departments as well.
Nice clean store with signs posted to show you exactly where to go for Amazon returns. The young ladies in returns for Amazon packages were very helpful and very nice
The place is as clean and good as usual, but their prices are steep, even with the card. Would prefer ordering on the kohls app for the convenience rather than arrive and browse
Do not buy anything to pick up in store! Someone picked up my order and nobody knows who picked it up. I got the email confirmation and I’m still waiting to hear back from them to figure out what they are going to do. They wanted to charge me again for an item I didn’t even get! This is ridiculous! I wish they could check their cameras!!!
