Long line at pharmacy outside pickup. Only one bay open. Been in line 38 minutes already and 3 cars ahead of me. Not feeling well or I would go in but if I am contagious, I don't want to expose anyone! Need better organization and possibly more or better staff.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I went to fill my prescription and they had to order it ( I informed them that without treatment my sons ear could become deformed, so it was very IMPORTANT) they said it would be ready the next day around 3. So I call the next day and they said it didn’t come so I had to wait till the next day. I didn’t cause I fuss because I thought it was because of the rain. The next day I call and they inform me that it wasn’t a transportation issue and that actually the supplier informed them the day before that they cannot provide that medicine at all. So instead of calling me and letting me know so I can call the Dr, they wait for me to call, a whole 24 hours later. Now I have to figure something else out and still won’t get my sons prescription for another day or two.

The ONLY reason this pharmacy received 1 star is because I HAD to give at least 1. I pick up prescriptions that my Dr. called in last week. These a*holes fill the old prescription, along with my new prescription. I make it home and see what they've done and call them. First, the guy that answers had the nerve to ask me how is this their fault??? Then, the lady he puts on the phone next had the nerve to say the old prescription was transferred over to them back in January. Relevance??? They didn't know which one should have been filled. Why would you fill two different dosages of the same med if that's the case, without asking for clarification on something you're unsure of. Then she proceeds to tell me that once the meds are filled, they can't take it back or refund the money. I'm sure they really won't miss the $100+ I spend a month on meds, but not only will I start shopping at Kroger, Aldi and Target for groceries and other items, I'm also transferring my pharmacy through my drs. office tomorrow. So I'll have peace of mind knowing that they won't get another penny of my money.
