You better show up on time! You reserve a time, mine way 1230 with no commitment no money down. We got there late. However they gave us a 35 minute massage instead of the whole 50 minutes. They didn't say we would not get our whole time. They just took our money. If I would have known I wouldn't get the whole 50 minutes I would have just rescheduled!
I loved the Spa. I had a 50 minswedish massage it was Wonderful. The Steam room was Amazing. I was offered a Drink (Mimosa) after the massage and there was water,coffee, snacks I could've stayed All day that was what I was told.
The spa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing!!! Love the hydrafacial with Jen, all services are amazing, you won't be disappointed!! The staff is wonderful and Keith is super knowledgeable about skincare and very kind and helpful always!!! A+++
The layout and amenities are great. I had a CBD body massage it was okay. I thought it would help my joint pain around my knee area (military wear and tear) but it didn't really. I would defiantly use there services again though and try a different type of massage.
Although I had a bad experience the management team reached out and resolved the issue pretty quickly. Since I was unable to delete my post, I decided to update from 1 to 3 stars. Thank you Keith for your diligence and great customer support.
