Small shop . Professional craftsman. Will be happy to do custom job with any materials that costumer desires. If they don’t have a material you want they will order it. Just keep in mind they are VERY busy. Complex custom job will take some time . Maybe even few weeks. My motorcycle seat came out better then a factory. And we are talking DUCATI here. Small projects on a easy week they could do in couple of days worth. Great little shop.

I have had a “garage sale find” 1950s telephone stand since I was a kid. I brought it to Richie’s to get the seat reupholstered. They did a fantastic job with the seat and re-stained the table top. I’m thrilled!

They did great work on my clients sofa. The biggest down fall was promising a lead time that they couldn't meet by a few weeks. I understand being busy, but it would've been nice if I heard back from them with a clear answer. They aren't by their phones much, so take note if you're wanting to talk to them stop by the shop.

I can't think of one favorable thing to say about this business. I just picked up a chair that sat in their shop for TWO months without being worked on. Interestingly, I was never informed of a problem. In addition to that, they ruined a distressed leather ottoman that was there for repair. Instead of fixing two corners, as I requested, they reupholstered the entire thing with a hideous orange-looking pleather!!! The ottoman came with nailhead accents. Well, they removed those, didn't replace them and lost them! Upon closer examination, it appears they swapped out the legs too! (For reference, this ottoman “belonged” to a set with a matching recliner and chair.) This doesn't even seem to be the same ottoman I dropped off. I can’t believe they made all these changes without my knowledge & authorization! Customers BEWARE!!! You don't know what you're getting with this business!!!

We replaced an armrest cover on 1 of our vehicles were selling, and needed it replaced! He took care of right away and had us out the door in a few minutes! It looks better than factory! If you’re in need of any upholstery, hit up Richies! Thank You for taking caring us! God Bless You!!!
