Mattress Firm

The experience at the store was great! We were to have delivery two days later with a 2-7 pm window. By 8:30 that evening we still had not received a phone call or delivery!! Flaked on a dinner party due to a no show!!! At least a call would have been appreciated..... 😡

Today me and my husband went to mattress firm to purchase a new mattress we were warmly welcomed by Julius. He was very helpful and kind made sure he became familiar with exactly what we were looking for. With this whole covid pandemic going on he went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. I would highly recommend Julius to anyone looking for great service!! Thank you Julius for making this a great experience through this whole pandemic!! Today I went to purchase a mattress at this location and was helped by a salesman named Julius Givens. This guy was very professional, loved the way he explained the different types of mattress. He also explained how it helps with my health, some things I didn't even know about..I thought I was just getting a mattress! Very smart, friendly and out going person! I would definitely buy again from him!
