Very bad service. They never answer and when they answer you, they hang up, you call them again and they do the same thing, they hang up on you. It seems that the consulate does not exist. At least their help does not exist.

Too much incompetence in this consulate. They invent their own requirements for paperwork and make everything more complicated than it should be. They ask for more documentation than at the other consulates. I do not recommend this location, I have done the same procedures in Laredo and San Antonio as well, and there without any problem.
