The security guards that check you in are very I formative. They're very helpful and patient. They have a good positive attitude towards everyone that walks in there. Tell you what this is the best state or government office I've ever been in. That's so friendly and helpful. Definetly will give them a 5 star ⭐

Short staffed and poor service. 3hours some people waited more
It was it was faster than before however the service that they provide is not worth of of 5 stars.. I was able to get documents but they are very rude they talked to customers like if we are ignorants. Not mention the additude they have i was served by Lopez Pitter and he was have a converstion with his work mate. And he didnt pay full attention to me. Also they were people on the back getting the docs. They were judging the customers. Very unproffecional
