Shopped at Macy’s for the first time this past Christmas. Was happy with several items purchased and had no trouble returning one item at the store. However, the fabric of another item started pilling after the first wash. Macy’s refused to issue a refund for poor quality.nnI have now shopped at Macy’s twice, my first and last time. There are plenty of other stores who will take clothing returns after washing or wearing if it is a quality control issue.nnSo buyers beware.
For being a few days before Christmas i was surprised how clean and well staffed it was. Was helped right away.
I went to try to buy jeans in the Levi section. The female salesperson refused to speak English. She flat out told me no she did not speak it. To make matters worse. She did not want to help me. She was working in her section. I left very dissapointed in Macy's.
