We recently remodeled our kitchen and had a wonderful experience with Cosmos Surfaces. They had an impressive selection of different surface materials available. Their showroom and warehouse were clean and inviting, and their staff were friendly and very helpful. They were also great about working with our fabricator/installer. We ended up selecting a granite slab and could not be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Cosmos Surfaces!

These guys are horrible and dishonest. We bought our countertops through them where they also recommended the installer. I told them with having little kids that would spill things I needed something that wouldn’t stain easily and durable. We went with a quartzite. After having several issues with our inexperienced installer and having to pay for another slab to fix the installers mistake.. which after learning was also a mistake and if our installer was honest would have covered that. Once everything was installed we started getting stain spots everywhere! The installer said he had put a sealer on so then put it on the stone slab being too porous.. so then we of course played the game of trying to speak with the manager of cosmos who would put it back on the installer.. such a joke!!!! In the end we are stuck with stains everywhere and no one wants to cover and show true ownership of the problem. Needless to say we will NEVER recommend cosmos ever again to anyone! And never get recommendations from them! After reading reviews which I should have done in the first place because it looks like this is not the first time this has happened! If I could help anyone else out by not making the mistake we did I hope they read this!

Terrible experience all around. The employees are zero help. We called and made an appointment as directed, when we got there the employees acted annoyed that we showed up. When we asked questions we received short, unclear answers. It was an absolute waste of a trip. Seriously, save yourselves some time and shop somewhere else.

I have had a great experience with Cosmos Granite and Marble. They have a beautiful selection of all kinds of stone. I found quartzite there for my kitchen after looking at quartzite slabs at many places for several months and not finding any I liked. The girls at the front desk are so friendly. I have been in there at least five times during different parts of my decision process and called several times as well. They are always nice. When I am there, they gladly and quickly move slabs so I could choose and then again when I came back to confirm. They even moved one of the slabs outside into the sun so I could see it in direct light.
