I love the fact that I get texts to refill my medication before I run out, but new medications take a while. I know this so I tried to call before I came all the way up here and I spoke to Theresa who heard me say I was checking on a new medication, then she just hung up on me!!? I get to the pharmacy and i ask about the medication, when i say the name she looks up at me and walks away. The guy at the desk said it was just sent over earlier and it will be at least 30 minutes to fill. I told him I expected this and that is why i tried to call ahead, but Theresa just hung up on me. He kind of smirked and nodded his head as if he knows this has happened before. He jokingly said he would get onto her. If her supervisor sees this post I hope they know how she treats loyal customers.
mobile text service reminders are great and easy to make refills, convenient location and pick up as needed. Helpful staff even when busy.
Meds are never ready they don't get them prepared till you get here complete bull but what do I know I'm just the paying customer. 5 people behind the counter 1 working.
Turned in a prescription yesterday was told it would be ready the next day. Get up here they haven't even filled it. Was told would only take a few minutes and to wait. That was over an hour ago. Very bad service will not be back!!!
If you want to wait 3 years for a prescription that was called in hours before you arrived this is your place. Not only do you have to wait long but the staff will look at you with their dead eyes the whole time like you have just destroyed their whole entire life for showing up that day.
