So far so good. Great service to help me find what I wanted. Salesman was friendly and courteous, no pushy. He answered my questions and was well informed or found out what I needed to know. Financing was easy and quick. Date was set for delivery of my product and is still on schedule as they said it would be. I am pleased with how all went up to this point. After my delivery, I will post again.
Excellent service. I was disappointed the first few times I was there..many years ago. But Luis Rodriguez definitely made up for it.. Great customer service skills, answered any and all questions I had, let me take my time in my decisions. Made me still feel welcome even though it took me a few days to come back.

First time at Conn's found a set the wife and I loved. Had Rocker Recliner and was told came in electric. Because of this feature we ordered two a matching recliner couch end tables and coffee table. 3 days later it was all delivered as told. Shortly after I noticed recliners were not rockers. Called store and was told a manager would call me. Never heard from them. Call Salesman and he sent a TEXT saying call corporate. So I did. They said someone would call me back in 72 hours. After waiting that out I called them back. Now I'm told someone will call me back in about 48 hours because there backed up? It's been a week having furniture I did not order. Don't shop Conn's no matter what. I'll never go back and will make sure others know why.
