Allure Modern Nails Spa

I recently switched nails salons because the previous one I was at was not taking safety measures seriously. I am SO glad I found Allure Nails! Felt safe the entire time I was getting my nails done! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and professional salon. Everyone was very nice too.

Went in to get a pedicure with my mom for her birthday and while they had 2 seats open, apparently they were understaffed. We waited in the chairs about 20 minutes and no one said anything to us. We decided to leave and then they came by for service. I'm not really mad, just disappointed they couldn't handle what looked like a decent amount of business. No comment as to the quality since we didn't stay.nnSuggestion: you need to have some kind of process in place to handle high volume, or at least inform customers of expected wait time so we can choose to go elsewhere if we don't or can't wait that long.

Came here for nails about a year ago and asked for squoval (not square, not oval - a common and basic shape) pink and white acrylic nails. The tech was rude to me the whole time because he couldn't understand what I wanted even with multiple pictures and then proceeded to tell me that he been doing nails 30 years and never had anyone ask for that. I told him then he needs to take some classes because that is a nail shape that I learned in beauty school (I am a licensed cosmetologist). I finally told him just do them square and I'll shape them myself at home. He finished, with attitude, and I left.nI decided to give them another shot today but unfortunately they put me with the same guy! So I showed him the picture (the picture was the work that he did the last time but after I had reshaped them) and discussed again and he told me he could do it. He prepped my nails, glue the tips on, cut them down (shorter than I asked for) and then started to shape them. He was doing OK until he started to file the sides, which I told him I didn't want done. At this point he remembered who I was and told me that he couldn't do my nails and to go someplace else and find someone else to do them! I asked if there was someone else there that could do it, and he told me no. So I had to leave with tips glued on but no acrylic. This has by far been the worst experience at any nail salon I've ever been to.nHe rushed through the pedicure only massaging and putting any product at all on the tops of my feet and legs.nThis salon will NOT get a third chance.

My nail technician was amazing! First time here and this is by far my favorite place! Thank you for treating me so well!

Great service! The salon is super clean. The staff is attentive and very professional. They are taking the covid precautions very seriously. Can't say enough good things about them!! will definitely be back!
