I was expecting a one hour massage and got a 37 minute massage. It was a wonderful 37 minutes. She did a great job, it just wasn’t what my husband paid for. The confirmation email and the follow up email both said “One hour therapeutic massage”. That to me says you get a full hour massage. I called back and was told it was only a 50 minute massage and if it was cut short it could have just been an error and hopefully next time that won’t happen. I just feel like if you’re paying for an hour or even 50 minutes, you should get what you pay for. Even though it was a gift card purchased a while ago, it wasn’t what we paid for. I’ve been looking forward to my massage after a long trip! I was pretty disappointed when I got half the time I was expecting. It was a nice 37 minute massage. Just wish it would have been what we paid for. I would go back if I didn’t want to chance paying for an hour and only get half that time on the table!

I got a facial and absolutely loved it! I got a complimentary Mimosa, Miss Brooke did a wonderful job and left me radiant and soft as ever! Their waiting area is so chic and comfortable. I highly recommend using Copper Tree. Will be coming back!

The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. The staff was very polite, friendly, informative on products, professional and had nothing but smiles on their faces. I would recommend Copper Tree Resort to anyone.
