I usually go to a competitor but I was given a gift card so I was excited to try this place. I will give a 5 star on friendliness. However, I grow tired of nail salons promising a 15 minute massage when I only get an 8 minute if that!! Please dont promise something you cant produce. $55.00 plus tip is not worth a complete service done incomplete. It's a bummer not to have a runner-up to the nail salon I usually go to, but in all reality the competition just isnt tough enough. Oh well. ud83eudd37♀ufe0f
Wife brought me in for my first pedicure, and had excellent customer service. They offer in house drinks and not too girly like I had expected. Plenty of men in there with me
Nail technician was fast, sloppy and did not do my nails very well at all. The work was done very haphazardly. Kathy's it is
the guy literally stopped doing my nails to take his medicine after coughing and sniffing the whole time. he cut me three times, never pushed my cuticles back or anything. one of my natural nails literally was still showing on the side. one of my fingers has a squiggle where the line should’ve been a straight curve. not to mention conversation was barely made with me. girl just go somewhere else lmao
Very professional and accommodating. Even as a man, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Especially, once I turned on the massager. ;)
