I have went to Chelsea on numerous occasions when I've had pretty extreme shoulder and neck pain. I've always felt way better after my visit. She also explains herself well when asked questions about therapy. Her dogs cool too.
I have been having some shoulder issues and my chiropractor recommended Chelsa. She has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Each time I have seen her, we have made forward progress and my shoulder is almost back to normal. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
I cannot say enough GREAT things about The Body Mechanics. I live with chronic pain from severe scoliosis. I've never been able to find a way to manage the pain until I found her. Not only has she helped me manage my pain inside her office, her knowledge of the body and how it works has helped me to take better care of my body outside the office.
Extremely grateful for the work that Chelsea does. She helps keep me moving in the right way. She is very informative and works with you to give you the best treatment around.
Very knowledgeable and has a higher level of understanding of the body because of past work as a physical trainer.
