I have had several great experiences here. I’ll get a massage maybe once a year so I’m not on their membership program. They always ask if I want to sign up but I have never felt pressured to sign up, which I greatly appreciate. Their prices are pretty steep in my opinion though if you only do individual massages, but sometimes you can find a decent “last minute deal” that can help knock a few bucks off the cost. If their prices were better without having to commit to a membership, I would go more! They’re good!
I booked our anniversary message for my husband and I to celebrate and enjoy a relaxing time. We work from 9-5 so I booked a 8:00pm one for after dinner. You have to call in your car to check in pretty easy process and you go in 5 min before. We waiting in the lobby. The nice lady in the front mention there are running a little behind on schedule but guaranteed we will get our full time this was like at 8:05. Well I came out at 8:59. Mentioned it to the lady in the front after. Message was nice but I could tell it felt rushed. Definitely don’t book a late appointment to ensure you get the best experience and worth your time and money.
I requested a relaxing massage with standard (medium) pressure and ended up with a chaotic routine that was anything but relaxing. The masseuse lacked conformity, symmetry, and cohesion. It was like a kid running around after drinking 5 mountain dews and wanting to play on daddy’s back.
Highly recommend this location. The ladles at the front desk are pleasant and always helpful. I see Kylie on a monthly basis and get the most relaxing facials. Very knowledgeable and I have seen a difference in the appearance of my skin with the facials and products she recommends.
My boyfriend and I went to get separate services a few days ago at this location. I got a facial with microdermabrasion and was recommended two amazing products. He got a massage and this was only his 2nd massage so we were still figuring out what kind of massage experience he liked; he still had a great time and so did I. I will absolutely recommend this place and have already to multiple people!
