The lady whose checkout line I used was very helpful and polite. Kohl's cash I had on my account originally didn't go through but rather than send me to the long line at customer service she fixed it herself. She was very helpful and determined to make sure my total was fixed before I left.
I returned an Amazon purchase at Kohl's & got a 25% discount coupon good for an entire purchase. I spent a couple of hours peacefully shopping to nice music, through great merch & excellent sales. Got loads if stuff. The staff was very helpful & pleasant, too.
Quick returns for amazon packages! And of course I love most of their sales. The workers are friendly too. Always been a fan of kohls.
I had $90 in Kohl's cash and a 20 percent off. And because of the craziness of the coupon, I only saved .79 cents,after my $90 was used. And I actually talked to the assistant manager, and she was not very helpful,but she did read me the fine print off the back of the coupon. She was not wearing her mask correctly, it was over her mouth only. I was not impressed with my visit today!!!!!
