I frequent two Kohl's regional store off Preston and Spring Creek and the one on Preston and Frankford in Dallas , The Dallas store is like a visit home. I know most of the staff, they greet me by name. We laugh, chat, it's like a visit to your favorite friend. Preston and Spring Creek is closer, well stocked, staff helpful but more business oriented. The choice of style is yours and that's a nice thing too, the fact you have a choice. That says to me they pay attention and want to accommodate.

I went mid-afternoon on a Friday hoping it wasn't crowded, and it wasn't. I don't get out much, so it was a pleasure to move freely without any worries. Very pleasant cashier topped it off! I love this Kohl's location..been shopping here 20+ years!

Friday. They are the beat and easiest for Amazon returns. They pack and print for you. They scan and give you confirmation and you are out. No headache!!!!

I just discovered Kohl's this year, and swore I would not do anything but go to their Amazon desk for a return. The way they positioned this particular Amazon desk was quite clever because you have to walk through the whole store to get to that desk! So, naturally, you can't help but be drawn to the items in the store, whether it be housewares, clothes, or electronics. Though I swore I wouldn't, I did open a Kohl's charge and have not been sorry. For the price, the discounts, their sales...they can't be beat!

I came here to do an Amazon return. I was greeted at the door and guided by the signs straight to where I needed to be. The whole process was less than 5 mins. Qyanah was very helpful
