I have been a dedicated Ross shopping since I was a kid and at 36 I can honestly say this store is the cleanest, friendliest Ross you’ll find. They are always fully stocked And their selection is amazing. The shopping experience is just better here. The staff is well trained and the manager, Tina is always on the floor and ready to help.
Please do not allow this associate to get away with how she treated me, my MIL, and other customers in the store. Associate 382664 on 04/02/21 at 4:55 pm (register 2). I walked up to get checked out and asked how she was. She said she didn’t feel good. I felt for her and just let it be. She then hands me my bag while I’m trying to complete my payment on the payment screen and says “grab it! Or else it’ll fall and you’ll be mad!!” Excuse me? Maam, you have a whole counter for the bag to sit while I complete my payment. So rude and inconsiderate, then was even worse to the non English speakers in line behind me. Spread love.. not hate fr

It was cool. The store was clean and organized. I didn't wait long in line. Staff looked like they were smiling behind the masks. Very pleasant visit.
