I love this Kohl's! The workers are always so friendly! Last time I was there I checked out at customer service. A very nice young lady named Holley helped me find something at another store. She made my day MUCH easier! I didn't have to drive to multiple stores to find what I was looking for. Thank you Holley!

It is very nicely organized and following cdc COVID protocol. The place absolute not crowded. Visiting people are wearing mask and some have gloves as well. Staff are very cooperating. East side gate is closed and only north side gate in open. They has online order and curve side pickup. Price are reasonable. They have amazon return service and they has received kept their counter and amazon return in two separate side.

I ben to many Kohl's this one always THE BEST! I have better odds finding a item of my size is still available vs only S M or fatman sizes left. ud83eudd2c Too many young boys and adult men wear a size too large which is 11 or 11.5 because it looks good for any shoe which is my true size but I still have better luck here finding a pair vs elsewhere. Nothing funnier than seeing a small body male walking with 11 when they are size 8 or 10 truthfully.nI also wanna say give these workers top pay for always keeping clothes folded and organized somehow?? A job I wouldn't have the patience for with walmart nasty disorganizing people coming thru consistently ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f

So five stars for their new Amazon return service, it's just too bad that it didn't result in me spending any money at Kohl's (hence the two stars). I've had luck here in the past finding good things on clearance and after signing up for their reward program, I decided to go by to claim my rewards. All I wanted was a robe, which was in stock, and that was it. I pull into the parking lot and find that the entire side of the store facing Ohio is closed because of COVID I guess - fine. Go around to the other side (which is packed and I'm still trying to figure out how funneling people through two doors instead of 5-6 by keeping other entrances/exits is helping any) and make my way into the store.nnWhat am I greeted with? Two open registers with a line snaking its way all the way to the back of the store. It's arguably the busiest shopping time of the year and with everything I am reading about local shops being down something like 50% in sales, I would think attempts would be made to give people a better experience. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have issues waiting in line for the privilege of handing my hard earned money over to someone. So I immediately left and bought a robe on Amazon instead but it's OK Kohl's, I'll be sure to set foot in your store again in the event that I need to return something that I bought on Amazon.
