We came in looking for a dining table and we had so many great options. We had the Best service from Samuel and he was the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable associate ever. My 7 year daughter had a blast with him. Thank you BT Furnishings for our new table and mattress and having such excellent staff to include Samuel and Isaiah.
They did a wonderful job helping us out. Being knowledgeable about what came with what items, or went and checked. We got a sectional and a bed frame/mattress from there. Ali was very respectful, and had wonderful customer service. We had never been before, and will be back when we need new items for our home.
I was greeted immediately when I walked into the door. Sam answered all 500 of my questions and made me feel confident in purchasing a piece of furniture!! I will definitely be back!
Super helpful sales associates but they didn't hover over me while I was shopping. After I made a decision the check out process was super fast. Great prices also.
