I simply asked the Female manager for a copy of a shot record for myself to take to my doctor to keep on file.I got home it was not legible at all other people have seen it as well. Wondering why she did that.I ended up having to make another trip back to complain how unprofessional she was.
Waited in line for 20 min it was 630 when they said they couldn't take my prescription hence they didn't close till 7 pm and then they told me to take it Walgreens. So disappointed in your service.
I’m switching pharmacies. I understand that people have bad days, but I’ve given this place a lot of chances and every time has been horrible. They are rude (act like I’m an inconvenience) and I have to correct them all the time (saving me time and money, by doing so). The pharmacy techs mumble everything they say, won’t give me eye contact, and I get eye rolls and heavy sighs when I ask questions about the prescriptions for my kids. Icing on the cake, I had to wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged today. I must have pressed the call button 10 times, with no response. Very dissatisfied with all of my dealings with this place and I am now taking my business somewhere else
