I’ve came to this location three days in one week to have my eyebrows serviced, will stand at the desk for 5 to 10 minutes and no one will acknowledge me, the check-in is a piece of notebook paper. Extremely unprofessional, they have only ONE person on the floor & it’s really not worth the time.nnHad someone mess up my eyebrows 5 weeks ago, told me I didn’t need to tip for the service & still paid. Explained that I can just “grow them out” & come back when they’re full & they’ll redo them but of course with cost.nnThey also have a hand written sign in the door that they close at 6 when the google listing says 9pm.nnDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!
My daughter and I saw Diana. She was professional and meticulous. She took her time explaining what works for my hair style. She did a wonderful job on my straight blunt cut I went very dramatic. She did an amazing job on our hair. Definitely coming back to see her. Thanks Diana ud83dudc87
