Terrible experience. Went in for a deep tissue whole body massage. I got that only the pressure was too hard and I communicated that many ways to the lady, but she never responded and kept the same pressure. Barely spoke any English, which explains why she would not listen. It was extremely painful, and not a good experience at all!
I came in with a $50 gift certificate with the same characters they have on their door and the lady had me wait 30minutes and I showed her before going to the back and she said that they don’t accept them. First of all that’s is stealing money if the the goods are not rendered. Wasted time and energy to get to this establishment when there’s a better place closer to my house but I came because it was a gift for Christmas and they couldn’t honor it I asked to speak to the boss and all she could say not here out of town we’ll find out lady because you’re the only healthway spa in San Antonio so why I couldn’t get my services when your boss should pay you once he gets the gift certificate because you’ll we’re pre paid for the services. What a frustrating way to end my day I hope I can speak with the owner of this place to get it straightened out.
