Radiance San Antonio

This was my first time getting filler, so i was quite nervous, but Desirey and Annette were so awesome! I felt comfortable the whole time. And I love my lips! :)

I can’t recommend the Radiance team enough. I had been going for years for Botox, filler, and laser hair removal until I moved to California earlier this year.nnDesiree did an excellent job with the injections, and went above and beyond in communicating the process. She took quality time with me to ensure I’d have the best results. Also, entire team / staff always made me feel welcome and at home, and I had a great/ fun experience at each scheduled visit.nnAfter moving to Los Angeles, I have not found someone who compares to the professional, reliable, and welcoming team at Radiance Medspa.

Went in for Lip fillers, first visit staff was backed up and had to wait a while but they were very attentive and made sure i was comfortable while I waited. Desirey was great at explaining everything to me, while going thru the procedure I could tell she was absolutely invested in making my lips look as great as they could, she even had me come in for a follow-up to make sure everything settled to my desire. definitely night and day experience compared to other places i have gone for the procedure. I will definitely be coming here for my fillers from now on.

UPDATE: went to a dermatologist for my Botox treatments. 100% were able to correct the issues I was having in my previous review. I’m shocked that I had been ripped off for so long... previous review is below:nnUnfortunately I have to change my previous review. I will not be returning to this place. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and how polite and professional they are but the services provided (Botox, dysport and juvederm) haven’t seemed to be affective on me or fully meet my expectations.nnI had a full syringe of juvederm injected in my lips but it only lasted maybe two months and during that time there was not much difference in my lips at all. I have compared photos within a month apart from getting the filler and it looks like I had nothing done.nnI’ve also been going here for dysport for over a year and recently switched to Botox. My injections on my forehead started wearing off around 5 weeks and I’d have to come in for a new full injection every two months on average. Also, the area in the center of my forehead would never fully smooth out. I feel like this was caused by either not using enough Of the product or not injecting properly. I was given the impression that it was my activity level or that my metabolism was the cause of my injections wearing off so quickly so I continued to come here. However, I’m switching to a new person/business to receive my future injections. Im not sure what makes me the exception for longevity of products but I’m going to go somewhere else to compare results.nnNOTE: if you’re a regular customer who they think is satisfied they will ask for you to post a review...they didn’t ask me for one until at least 6 months in. However, I didn’t know any better at the time. Just leery of the ratings. If you have money to waste or don’t care about your face (lol that rhymed) don’t worry about it lol

For someone that has started botox at age 19. I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to the product I choose to use. I use to get botox when I lived in London, Greece, DC, Germany, and now San Antonio. When I moved to San Antonio I just Google to found a place and honestly it was ok but their prices where going up everytime I went. So found it a bit ridiculous. A friend suggested Radience and let me tell you, I am so happy that I did go. I talked to Desiree about what I want and what I use and she did it! She is absolutely amazing! I am very happy with the results and the price I payed. I have never hide the fact that I get botox and how young I started. I never spend money on expensive creams to keep me young I get botox and when people say you don't look 41,I say,thanks to botox and now Desiree for working her magic and knowing the way to a girls heart.
