They have fax issues such as not receiving meds from my doctor. We tried 4 times and finally got it to work! My doctor had the correct fax # ...it was on their end. Other than that, thumbs up.
When my Dr forgot to send my script they suggest some over the counter stuff to help me get through the weekend until my Dr is back in the office to call it in. For the 1st time in days I am now feeling better due to the knowledge of the staff here
My wife gets her medication's here, she respects them.
Hands down the worst pharmacy and pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Rude and apparently too busy to handle their business with tact. I was calling with questions about a certain prescription that I was considering having called in at this location. They lost any chance of ever getting my business. Walmart in Katy is much more professional.
